Overcoming Early-Stage AI Challenges:

Insights and Solutions for Businesses

Artificial Intelligence early stage: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is emerging as one of the most powerful engines for corporate digital transformation. However, its implementation is facing similar challenges to those several organizations experienced with new technologies, e.g., migration to electronic billing, among others. A process full of clear benefits such as optimization, security, and enhanced analytical capacity, with a steep learning curve, particularly for MSMBs.

We have all gone through the experience of dealing with manual and old fashioned processes, like filling out forms in pencil in a business facility. This reveals a significant gap between the technological innovation available and implementation thereof on a company’s daily activities.  AI, unlike other breakthroughs, not only advances at breakneck speed, but it has the ability to transform every area of a company: from customer service and marketing, to accounting, human resources and legal processes.

This technology is being integrated into the very foundations of business operations, but the accelerated pace of its development is leaving many companies in a sort of limbo. According to the MIT Technology Review report ‘Artificial Intelligence in Latin America’, nearly 20% of businesses are facing the challenge of finding suitable talent in this field, and more than 10% lack the necessary expertise to leverage their benefits. Additionally, almost 12% of businesses report difficulties related to implementation costs, and half of companies still do not use metrics systems to assess the real impact of their AI investments.

Artificial Intelligence early stage

These figures are worrying, particularly if we consider the study was based on business leaders’ surveys and interviews with technology and business directors, in countries like Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Argentina and Chile. This suggests that MSMEs could have a more critical scenario, increasing the gap with large businesses.

In Cirion Technologies, we believe that artificial intelligence is not just another technology, but a critical enabler for the future success of companies. Therefore, we have developed a robust platform to facilitate AI solutions implementation, responding to data processing, storage and cloud security demand. Our state-of-the-art infrastructure allows organizations to scale their AI operations without worrying about capacity or security, providing a reliable and efficient environment to deploy said innovations.

Furthermore, our approach is not limited to just providing infrastructure; we offer specialized support to guide companies in each step of the digital transformation process. With Cirion, organizations not only optimize their resources, but receive the necessary technical support to identify the most critical work fronts and prioritize their investments strategically.

Artificial intelligence is a journey in its early stages, and at Cirion we are here to provide the platform and support that companies need to navigate it successfully. It is not just about embracing a technology but building a sustainable competitive advantage in an increasingly complex and digitalized business environment.
